Workshop Review

Coming to the Workshop with a basic understanding of what you will be learning and practicing will make your experience profoundly better! Below we have compiled some interesting pieces of information that will help you on your Workshop day, including our Workshop video and some blog posts. Enjoy!

The Source Code Meditation Base (SCMB)

Due to the brain-FIRST nature of Source Code Meditation and the harnessing of the power of the awakened brain, the amount of meditation required to produce profound effects is disproportionately much less than with traditional meditation techniques.

At the Workshop, we practice forming the Source Code Meditation Base (SCMB) before learning to introduce the specialized meditation.

Forming the SCMB means to make precise contacts in your body to awaken latent energy, and begin directing it to your Higher Brain (or prefrontal cortex).

Do not underestimate the power of the SCMB alone. Profound stress dissipation, physical healings and dramatic awakenings of the brain/mind can occur before you even leverage this awakened brain response with meditation.

As you perform and practice this sacred work, you are going to witness miracles that are new to you. You will feel as though what you are doing is magic. I assure you it is not. Do not let this go to your head. You are a vehicle—a conduit for a power that is bigger than you, me, or any of us. You are setting loose the impulse that contains the power and wisdom of life itself! This process deserves reverence.

You will learn to consistently…

  • Create the “merge” – this means to make the precise contact needed in your body to begin the process. This involves the Subtle Energy Vortexes (SEV) in your body. You will learn how to locate and engage these SEVs at the Workshop.
  • Create SalutoGenesis – a wave of energy and motion in the physical body that decreases stress physiology and increases the sense of rejuvenation. The SalutoGenesis may feel subtle in you at first—a slight change in breathing, twitching sensations or a mild current of energy. Trust the process…bigger is not necessarily better.
  • Mobilize energy to your Higher Brain – your brain will physiologically change through this process. The highest, most evolved part of your brain will become empowered, while the lower brain (also called the lizard or reptilian brain) will lose its control over you. This is life-changing.

More About SalutoGenesis

As you become proficient at merging into your own Subtle Energy Vortexes, you will feel this SalutoGenesis flowing in you to your Higher Brain. When SalutoGenesis fully engages it can feel like something is “breathing you”…new breath patterns and energy flows arise spontaneously.

This experience of automated breathing and waves of energy can be stopped by you by merely changing position or you willing it to stop. However, the freeing and liberating experience, even if unusual and without past reference, feels natural, deeply rejuvenating and like you have found home.

Using Breath & Intention

Once the Source Code Meditation Base (remember, this means awakening sleeping energy within you and engaging the Higher Brain) is learned and you have become proficient at the technique, you may find that you no longer need to make physical contacts in your body. Focusing your breath and intention into the SEVs will be enough to engage SalutoGenesis and it may take as little as 5 minutes to create the thrive state and be fully prepped for the meditation.

Note: During the Workshop, don’t get hung up on what SalutoGenesis feels like; just keep noticing changes in breath and changes in energy sensations in your body. It may not feel to you like what we describe—that is ok. Just notice any breath expansions or rhythms, any currents of energy, or even the experience of subtle vibration within your body.

More About the LOWER Brain

The year was 50,000 B.C.; a Paleolithic woman, alone with her children, steps out of her cave and immediately picks up scent in the wind. There were beautiful wild flowers blanketing the landscape around her as a brilliant red and golden sunrise exploded in the sky. The lake that spread out before her reflected the luminous red and golden sunrise as a million diamonds danced on the rippling water, a sublimely colored display of sacred geometry in motion. The grace of spirit was all around and yet the beauty of this landscape escaped her awareness.

Hers was a brain built for survival, not reverence. The scent that she picked up in this pristine beautiful corner of the world was not the sweet, aromatic fragrance of the wildflowers all around her—in fact she didn’t even notice that exquisite sweet smell because her sense of smell was tuned to notice the scent of predators in her environment. She felt no wonder or gratitude for the beauty all around her; she was being automatically prepared to notice only ‘threats’. Flowers weren’t important, the warring tribes to the east and the saber tooth tigers in the valley below were. Her environment required constant monitoring for danger around her and the constant threat of starvation required that she stay focused on surviving another day by finding food to eat…

More About the HIGHER Brain:

In the 1990s MacLean had fully developed his theory on the triune brain and expounded on it in his book, The Triune Brain in Evolution. However, MacLean soon came to realize that there was a ‘4th evolutionary system’ led by evolution’s latest layer, a ‘fourth brain’ called the prefrontal cortex (PFC).

Dr. MacLean even referred to this part of the human brain as the ‘angel lobes’ and said these brain structures were responsible for our highest human virtues, including compassion, understanding, love, gratitude, and empathy. Based on new research it also appears that the 4th evolutionary system, the PFC, is associated with higher intellectual capacities, as well as purpose, meaning and spiritual experience. I believe these new brain capacities offer higher transcendent potentials and are preparing us to enter an era where merely surviving gives way to purposeful thriving.

Source Code Meditation is designed to unlock a latent inner organic technology that energizes this ‘4th evolutionary system’.

An Amazing Story of Transformation

Michael traveled to a remote village in the mountains of Mexico to visit a suffering woman named Nilsa. Nilsa was depressed, struggling, couldn’t sleep due to nightmares, and was estranged from her children. The people of the town despised her because of her ‘meanness’.

Michael was able to facilitate a hands-on session for Nilsa, and what happened next was astounding. Energy coursed visibly through her body, releasing repressed emotion at each apex of the waves. As she moved onto her back, her heart opened and energy poured into higher structures of her brain.

Finally, she sat up, energy again started moving in her body, and with the eyes and conviction of someone who has been allowed to see the truth she stated dramatically that she felt energy from her toes to her head and that she had thought that her brain had been dead, and now it was alive. She declared that she was finally free and said that she had been touched by God and that she was “happy, happy, happy”.

Every eye in that room was filled with tears and every person there knew that they had witnessed the sacred.
