Although the ideal schedule is one hands-on session per week over four weeks, the program can still be effective in a shorter time frame. However, we advise against more than one session per day to ensure proper integration and maximum benefit.
What happens after I enroll?
You’ll receive immediate access to the online portion of your program, where you’ll join the community and complete the introductory module before attending your first in-person hands-on activation session.
